What TAGO does
One app instead of the spreadsheet, the shoebox of receipts and the notebook in the glove box.
Invoicing
- PDF quotes and invoices with your logo, numbered, GST and QST calculated.
- An accepted quote becomes an invoice in one step.
- Deposits and partial payments, each with its own PDF receipt.
- Reminders for unpaid invoices, credit notes to correct an issued invoice, statements of account.
- Income without an invoice (platforms, cash) counted too.
- Not registered for taxes yet? Invoices without GST or QST, and a notice near the small-supplier threshold.
Receipts and expenses
- Photograph a receipt, or share several (photos, PDFs) to TAGO.
- Merchant, date and amounts read on the device: the photo is never sent anywhere.
- Likely duplicates flagged before saving; returns subtracted from your expenses.
- Every expense carries its T2125 and TP-80 line, and its business-use share.

Hours by zone and mileage

TAGO has no server and you have no account to create. Your invoices, receipts and hours live on your phone, and what you export (PDFs, Excel, backups) stays yours, with or without TAGO.
What TAGO doesn't do
- No ads.
- No analytics added by TAGO.
- Nothing is sold or shared.
- Receipts are read on the device.
The five network exchanges
There are five, all listed in the policy: the zone map (OpenFreeMap); error reports without an identifier (Sentry); technical metrics two Google components send on their own, without the content of your receipts; and, if you turn them on, email through Brevo and the encrypted backup on your Google Drive.
Quebec's Act 25
A privacy policy built into the app, a designated person responsible for personal information, and explicit consent before the first clock-in and before automatic detection.
